TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms govern your relationship with Viberest. By using our eSIM services, you agree to these legally binding conditions.
Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LLC Vaperi (Tbilisi, Georgia). By accessing our services, you confirm your legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
eSIM Delivery & Usage
2.1. Digital Fulfillment
eSIM profiles are delivered digitally via the Viberest app or email immediately upon successful payment.
2.2. Technical Obligations
The user must ensure their device is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM technology (e.g., iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer).
Payments & Stripe Security
Payment processing is handled via Stripe. We do not store sensitive credit card data on our servers. All transactions are subject to fraud prevention checks.
Refund Policy (Strictly Digital)
Refunds are processed only for non-activated eSIMs with verified technical issues. Once an eSIM is installed on a device, it is deemed 'consumed' and ineligible for a standard refund.
Fair Usage & Prohibitions
Data usage must comply with local regulations of the destination country. Reselling, hacking, or reverse-engineering Viberest software is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
LLC Vaperi is an intermediary. We are not liable for quality issues or service interruptions caused by local network operators (MNOs) in different countries.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. Amicable Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to reach an informal, amicable resolution by contacting info@llc-vaperi.de.
7.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Viberest supports the use of mediation and online dispute resolution platforms to resolve issues without resorting to litigation.
7.3. Jurisdiction
Any legal action that cannot be resolved via ADR shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, under Georgian Law.
